Talking about winter season love, it is that time of the year when snuggling up next to someone in the subway or even going for a small walk where there is nothing but a pristine blanket of snow is always appealing and indeed romantic! The idea of building a cute snowman and then running around while throwing snowballs at each other is not only fun but also excites our inner child in every possible way! Romance during the winter season is more relaxed! Not leaving the apartment because it is winter outside is indeed the best and a perfect excuse to cuddle up with the love of your life! With a few wedding guests, our couple’s intimate wedding at a private residence in San Diego was nothing but a memorable and cut-above-the-rest kind of wedding celebration! Shelby & Steven’s Winter Wedding Theme Said A Lot About Them

As already mentioned that it was a winter wedding in the city of San Diego where the weather stays pleasant throughout the year, this couple’s wedding day was a bit cold accompanied by a bright sunny day! It was neither too cold nor too hot, in short, it was perfect weather to get married in the great outdoors! Shelby and Steven’s wedding theme gracefully highlighted all wintry vibes in every possible way! Our couple’s wedding day has all the beautiful winter color palettes in their winter-themed wedding! From pristine green to romantic orange and impeccable white, Shelby and Steven’s wedding was a perfect example of a chic and authentic winter wedding! The stunning green decor indeed offered a charismatic and breathtaking backdrop for all their wedding ceremony photos! The marvelous combination of green and rustic wood fantastically highlighted the best of winter vibe! The time before a bride walks down the aisle is very special for our brides, as it gives them the chance to get all playful and relaxed with their lovely bridesmaids before they start their happily ever after with the love of their life! The very first shot of Shelby and Steven’s wedding portfolio flaunts Shelby’s beautiful wedding dress hung over a hanger which says bride in a very creative way! Well, this is the most iconic shot that almost every bride wants in her wedding portfolio, these days! From her beautiful single diamond wedding ring which was placed over some green accents along with her bridal accessories that included her wedding shoes, her netted garter, and her wedding vows booklet, everything was captured marvelously by our talented San Diego wedding photographers in cinematic frames! 

No one can ever deny the fact that for a bride her M-O-H is the very important person on her wedding day (of course, the person she is getting married to is also, but she is too)! Finally, the moment came, when our lovely bride Shelby, started getting ready for her big day! While she was getting all decked out for her special day, our San Diego and suburban wedding photographers captured astounding getting-ready portraits of Shelby in the most beautiful frames! The very exact picture where Katie was buttoning Shelby’s wedding dress definitely took our hearts away! That moment showed the purest form of happiness and friendship in its own way! Katie is in a halter neck black gown while Shelby is in an all-white wedding dress just looked out of this world! 

Shelby’s Wedding Day Bridal Look

Our lovely bride, Shelby rocked her wedding day bridal look! For her big day look, she chose to wear a full sleeves A-line wedding dress that effortlessly flaunted her sensuous curves and made her look more glamorous and alluring! This illusion-style wedding dress adorned with floral lace with superimposed flowers all over the bodice and sleeve lent a breathtaking look to Shelby on her wedding day! The deep-plunging neckline of our bride’s wedding dresses did show her glamorous side in a very stubble way! Not to forget the deep-cut back design of the wedding dress! It did add a bit of sensuous drama to her overall bridal look! The detachable floor-sweeping wedding train was a great touch to her wedding dress. It really made her look nothing magical and enchanting! 

Shelby’s kept her makeup very minimal! Her nude shade lip color, black eyeliner, and mascara did elevate her facial features and made her look jaw-dropping! For her hairdo, she went for a loose and curly messy bun adorned with a beautiful hair accessory! While her hair was loosely tied in an elegant updo, the loose curls that framed her face did wonders to her wedding day look! Shelby completed her entire look with a long netted wedding veil which gracefully added character and a pinch of drama to her simple yet elegant winter day bridal look! She indeed left our wedding photographers mesmerized for a while with her out-of-the-ordinary bridal look! 

Steven’s Wedding Day Groom Look

While our lovely and drop-dead gorgeous bride enjoyed a lot of attention not only from her wedding guests but also from our wedding photographers, our groom worked his charm and got his share of attention, too! He looked nothing short of heart-throbbing! For his wedding day groom look, Steven chose the all-time classic and never-out-of-style combination of black and white! He rocked his groom’s look in a black color pantsuit and paired it with a crisp white shirt and a black tie and black lace shoes! Well, his cute and heart-stealing smile was enough to make Shelby fall for him all over again, but his dapper groom look did add an extra flair of charm and charisma to his overall look! His neatly done hair and rugged look highlighted the sharp and breathtaking facial features that can make any woman fall for him in no time! From head to toe, Steven was all set to complete our lovely brides in every possible way! Not only their wedding guests but even our San Diego and nearby wedding photographers had a hard time getting their eyes away from our lovely and enchanting San Diego couple! 

Beautiful Moments from The Big Day

When Shelby was all decked out in her wedding attire, the very first photo our bride posed for was with the little and adorable flower girl who rocked her look! The flower girl wore a lovely black dress and paired it with a fur jacket! The bride and the flower girl just looked so pretty together! After posing with her cute flower girl, our bride, Shelby posed for a picture with her dearest dad! A wedding day is indeed a great and emotional moment for a father, as his little girl is all ready to step into the new phase of her life! Shelby, all decked out from head to toe in her bridal look holding her bridal bouquet made of only white roses and green accents, looked mesmerizing and was worth capturing! 

Finally, the big moment came, and our couple united at their wedding altar to exchange their wedding vows! While they were exchanging their wedding vows, our affordable San Diego wedding photographers captured every moment of their wedding ceremony! Shelby and Steven exchanged their wedding rings with the promise to be together forever and had their first kiss as the newly married couple! Their first kiss moment was indeed a great wedding photography opportunity for our photographers to capture the beautiful romance in the best of frames! 

After their wedding ceremony, our couple explored the outdoors of the private residence and posed for some extremely romantic couple portraits! Before they posed together for their photographs, our photographers captured some bridal portraits along with some stunning groom portraits! 

Our Favorite Shots

Talking about our favorite shots, then we want to tell you all that we liked all the photos! But there are a few photographs that literally took our hearts away and left us wanting more! The picture where Steven dipped Shelby in her arms and leaned in for a kiss while the sunlight in the background created an utterly romantic and magical setting, was just incredible! That kind of couple wedding portrait always makes great cover photos for a wedding album! 

The second photograph which stole our heart was the one where Shebly and Steven standing in the lovely outdoors overlooking the greenery facing each other with their heads joined while the sunlight poured directly over them like a golden shower! That was really a very cute picture. The golden hour in their picture created a magical effect that nobody can ever forget or just ignore! 

We also love one picture from their wedding reception, where they shared a dance step and stole a kiss in-between with the backgrounds lit with string lights! That very exact photograph left every one of us, including their wedding guests, in great awe! 

A Sweet End to The Big Night

The night was young and glamorous just like our lovely couple. Everything was in its best place just the way Shelby and Steven wanted them to be! Our beautiful couple made their dramatic entrance to their wedding reception and shared some romantic dance moves. While they danced our professional wedding photographer captured beautiful dancing photos of our lovely couple against the charismatic string light decor! The rustic-wooden setting and the fairy light decor did elevate the overall mood of the celebration and made it more romantic and inviting! 

After Steven, our stunning bride shared some adorable dance moments with her daddy, and our wedding photographers gracefully captured father-daughter dance moments in the most creative frames! Once our bride danced on her favorite tunes, she and our handsome groom headed towards their sweetheart table to catch their breath and enjoy a bubbling glass of champagne together! Their champagne glasses were customized and painted with bride and groom caricatures on them! Our beautiful couple ended the night on a sweet note with an intimate and romantic cake-cutting ceremony! With that ceremony, Shelby and Steven’s wedding day came to an end! But as we know, these kinds of endings are just the beginning of something beautiful and memorable! 

Being in the business of capturing love and romance in all forms, we have witnessed endless weddings. 2020 was not an easy year! With everything being upside down, the only thing that maintained normalcy in the best possible way was Shelby and Steven’s wedding day in San Diego!
