Rosa and Jose’s Engagement Session to Remember

Rosa and Jose had a charming city session for their engagement in Hoboken, New Jersey. The couple’s photographer used Hoboken’s proximity to New York City to get some gorgeous photos with them in the foreground and the New York City skyline in the background.
The couple chose casual attire, which matched perfectly with the setting they chose. Even the colors tied into their surroundings. We love how the blue and soft red of their shirts were mirrored in the buildings on the horizon.
Rosa and Jose’s photographer was able to get multiple sessions looks from their location. The skyline gave them a cinematic, sweeping atmosphere while the greenery of the neighboring park transported the couple to a scenic and serene natural retreat. Just by moving around to different areas in the same location, their photographer was able to make it seem like they’d spent all day traipsing around the city.
We loved how they stopped into a cafe for some cozy portraits that worked as their save the dates. Putting the save the date on mugs is such a delightful way to share the date of the wedding. It fits seamlessly into the atmosphere of the photo. Picture perfect!
